Legal rent for tenancy apartments

Samtrygg wants to ensure that your sublease runs safe, smooth and that you not are exposed for any risks. Renting out tenancy apartments imposes stricter rules on setting a reasonable rent.

I may seem attractive to take a higher price than recommended for you apartment, but if you are not following the rules of legal rents for tenancy apartments you risk not only being refundable, if you are unlucky, you could loose your first-hand contract.

For tenancy apartments, a reasonable rent is easily calculated by your own monthly rent + maximum 15 % if the apartment is furnished.
