Thank you for your application regarding the housing on #Address#. In order for us to continue with your application, you have two options: To either arrange a guarantor or pay a deposit.

The first option, our recommendation, is a guarantor. The guarantor needs to have a Swedish social security number and have an acceptable credit score.

It is also possible to pay a deposit if you do not have the possibility to arrange a guarantor. It is equivalent to two months rent and is paid upfront. It will be paid back after the rental period is finished, given that the housing is left in good condition.
