Use virtual 3D viewing for your home
You may photograph your home to offer home seekers a virtual 3D viewing of your home. It is a flexible solution for those who do not have the opportunity to hold a viewing in the residence and for tenants who are not yet in the location. Samtrygg has tips on photographers to book in the Stockholm area, but you can also use another photographer.
Step-by-step
1. 3D-photography
Book a photographer who has the relevant equipment for virtual 3D viewings. Expect the photo shooting to take about 15 minutes per room.
2. Direct application
Activate virtual 3D viewing and tenants may apply to rent your home after the virtual viewing.
3. Smooth review
Homeseekers who have registered can express interest, and you will be given access to their profiles for further information.
4. Start an agreement
Use Samtrygg’s agreement template to create a rental agreement adapted to the home, rental period and options.
5. Sign the agreement
To make it easy and safe for you, the rental agreement may be signed via BankID.
6. Time for handover
When the contract is signed and ready, Samtrygg sends the relevant documents to manage move-in and move-out.
