Guarantor

A guarantor signs the contracts as a third party and overtakes the legal responsibility if the sublessee does not fulfill his/hers commitments. The guarantor needs a Swedish Personal Identity Number and an accepted credit score.

Contact information to the guarantor

To ensure safe and smooth handling, we ask you to add the contact information to the guarantor of choice. Then, we will send an email with information and a mandatory form to ensure the guarantor’s capacity to pay. You will be informed immediately when a guarantor is approved.

For a faster process, ensure that your guarantor is informed about the commitment and prepared. You won’t be able to rent by using a guarantor before the form sent from us is completed and the guarantor is approved. Please add the guarantor’s contact information below:
