Guarantor Agreement

#tenantfullname# has registered you as a potential guarantor for an accommodation leased through Samtrygg. A guarantor overtakes the legal responsibility if the sublessee does not fulfill his/hers commitments. The guarantor will, therefore, also sign the contract as a third party. As a guarantor, you need to have a Swedish social security number and an accepted credit score.

    Accept the guarantor agreement and fill in personal information at the next page

    Samtrygg orders a credit report with a direct response

  • 3

    If the credit report is accepted the sublessee’s application will be confirmed and sent to the sublessor

    If the sublessor accepts the application an agreement will be sent out that needs signing from all parts

  • 5

    Hand-over of keys and the tenant is ready to move in
