Deposit

The deposit is paid upfront to Samtrygg and is equivalent to two months rent. It is safely kept by Samtrygg throughout the rental period and paid back after you have moved out, given that all rents are paid and the housing is left in good condition. If you choose to pay the deposit, you also need to pay 1 month rent in advance – which in total is equivalent to 3 months rent.

I undertake the responsibility to pay a deposit when subleasing through Samtrygg.
